Our founder and leader
As the founder and leader behind Tapexc, Chris brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organisation.
With over two decades of experience in Civil, Electrical and Project Management, Chris brings a unique blend of skills and insights to the company.
In addition to serving as our Owner and Director, Chris also assumes the role of Chief Estimator. In this capacity he is responsible for managing and directing the organisation’s estimating functions.
With a proven track record, Chris consistently identifies strategies to execute projects ahead of schedule and within budget, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and value.
Jodie Taplin
Business Manager
Jodie has been an integral part of our team for the past 13 years.
Serving as Chris’s trusted right-hand wife. With a wealth of experience in Business Strategy,
Development, and Work Health & Safety, she plays a pivotal role as our go-to person for decisive actions. Her expertise in WHS systems and procedures ensures seamless compliance across all project deliveries.
Tim Bell
Operations Manager
A dynamic and skilled leader
Tim is a seasoned Operations Manager with 14 years of industry experience. He oversees all facets of Project Management within our organisation, from safeguarding the timely achievement of project budgets, milestones, and deadlines for our key
clients to managing the day-to-day operations of our Civil Crews.
Additionally, Tim directs all aspects of Traffic Management, maintaining effortless coordination and execution.
